Question 1

How fast can Halden Heating and Air Atlanta get to my house?

Accepted Answer

If you call early in the day, same-day service is often available across our service area, from East Point to Morrow. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 7 AM to 7 PM. When you book, you get a live arrival time rather than a broad window. Call (912) 616-5481 and we'll confirm what's available for your neighborhood.

Question 2

Do you charge for estimates?

Accepted Answer

No. Estimates are free, whether you're looking at a repair in Decatur or a full system replacement in Jonesboro. You'll get the price in writing before committing to anything. Call (912) 616-5481 to schedule one.

Question 3

What brands do you service and install?

Accepted Answer

We service and install Bryant, American Standard, Carrier, and Trane equipment, plus other common residential brands. If you're not sure what you have, a tech can identify it on the first visit and tell you whether repair parts are readily available.

Question 4

Do I have to be home for the whole appointment?

Accepted Answer

You don't have to hover, but an adult does need to be present to confirm access and approve the work. With a live arrival time, you can plan around the visit instead of clearing a whole afternoon. Photo updates keep you informed of what's happening at the unit even if you step inside.

Question 5

Should I repair my old AC or replace it?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the unit's age, the cost of the repair, and how the system has been running. We'll give you the repair cost in writing and the replacement numbers if they're relevant, then let you decide without pressure. Call (912) 616-5481 for an honest assessment.
